Stacy was the consummate professional during our entire engagement. I initially called her because she was highly recommended by my son and daughter in law, AS WELL as my daughter in law's parents. We currently live in PA, and plan to keep a residence here, and also purchase something in NC. During our conversation, I indicated that while I was 'iterested' in Raleigh, NC real estate, I really did not have an exact timeframe, OR really know the type of living space I needed/desired. The house we sold was 100 years old. Multiple road blocks happened with findings from an old survey and the inspection. There were tense times with the initial buyer and their realtor, Stacy communicated with them skillfully. We sometimes felt like she didn’t understand our position that an old house, is an old house and will never be a new house. There were tense times between us and Stacy, due to the issues that kept coming up with the house and buyers. We were frustrated and expressed our frustration , but she continued to be professional and kind. She always responded quickly to texts and emails. The house was sold and for that we are very grateful.We are thankful for Stacy’s efforts, this was not an easy sale, she worked hard and I know she is glad we are out of her hair!
