My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Stacy to sell my grandmother's home who had just recently passed away. Stacy was very knowledgeable and professional during our months working together until the house sold. We were faced with every set back you could imagine and Stacy pressed on and took care of each issue. Her communication was flawless and she kept us informed step by step with what was going on the entire time. We would highly recommend her if you were thinking about buying or selling a home. The house we sold was 100 years old. Multiple road blocks happened with findings from an old survey and the inspection. There were tense times with the initial buyer and their realtor, Stacy communicated with them skillfully. We sometimes felt like she didn’t understand our position that an old house, is an old house and will never be a new house. There were tense times between us and Stacy, due to the issues that kept coming up with the house and buyers. We were frustrated and expressed our frustration , but she continued to be professional and kind. She always responded quickly to texts and emails. The house was sold and for that we are very grateful.We are thankful for Stacy’s efforts, this was not an easy sale, she worked hard and I know she is glad we are out of her hair!

Five stars simply aren’t enough for Stacy - she deserves a billion. She came highly recommended and exceeded every expectation, working what felt like miracles at every step of the way. She consistently went far above and beyond, bringing an exceptional level of experience, professionalism, dedication and care to the entire process. Simply put, Stacy is in a league of her own.

I started off with having Stacy sell land for me in Hurdle Mills, she went over and beyond to get this land sold. it took a while to get this sold, but put every thing she had to make a deal and get this sold.She also started looking for a house with a little land for me to buy, i was on a tight time frame and living in Florida.She is very professional and care person. she know her business and is dedicated to you 100%. Finding a house in 60 days was tuff task but she came through. she also help us with our closing, finding a notary to come to my home in Florida to closing documents.Note: Choosing The Right Realtor DOES Make a Difference, This Person is Stacy Stone.
